FAQ
Clouder.ma answers all your questions about domains and registrations.
A domain name is the name of a website, and usually consists of a top-level domain (TLD) and a second-level domain (SLD). The TLD is the part of the domain name to the right of the dot. The most common TLDs are .com, .net and .org, because they can be registered by anyone. The SLD is the part of the domain name to the left of the dot. For example, the SLD of "clouder.ma" is "clouder".
Check the availability of the domain name you want from the search bar at the top of this page.
If the domain name is available, you will be able to order it directly, and pay by credit card, paypal, bitcoin... otherwise you will have to choose another one.
To choose another domain name, either change the extension or change the whole domain.
The name of the registrant who created the domain name. The registrant, also called owner and/or holder. It is simply the person or company that reserved the domain name.
When you register a domain name, you become the owner of the domain name for the duration of the registration that you have chosen. At the end of this registration period, you can renew your domain name to extend the term. If you do not renew your domain name, it becomes free and available for sale, and can be rebooked by anyone.
Once your domain name is registered, you cannot change it. The registration of the domain name is done automatically and once it is validated and registered to your property it becomes impossible to change it. But you can always register a new one

Yes, you can change your provider at any time and without any intervention from us. If you do not have the authorization code or EPP code for your domain name, you must ask your current provider. Your current provider has to provide you with the code within three days. When you receive the code, you can send it to us and we will take care of the request to change provider at the Registry. Your former provider has up to five days to accept or reject your change of provider request. The Registry will decide on your former provider's response and inform us of the acceptance or rejection of the transfer. If the change of provider is carried out, the expiration date of your domain name remains unchanged. PS: The domain must not have been registered, transferred or changed ownership in the last 60 days.
You can change or modify the DNS of your domain name from your customer area, After each change, you must wait a few hours for the new settings to be propagated.
